Peta Horn
Peta Horn has worked as an independent consultant and founded and owns her own business, for the past three years where her projects have included aspects such as designing and implementing management training workshops, skills development facilitation process design and implementation policies and facilitation. She consults as an outsourced Skills Development Facilitator to various clientel. She has applied her passion for skills development and change in Human Resource Development in assisting clients from both the private and public sectors. Peta Horn has been an active member of the Business Women’s Association of SA and has assisted the BWASA with their Succeed Campaign where she wrote the mentoring handbook. Peta is currently writing and publishing her first book for graduates and is actively involved in extensive community projects. In 2002 she became a registered Assessor and Moderator and achieved her OD ETDP Qualitfication, thus becoming registered as an HRD Practitioner with the South African Board of Personnel Practitioners.
